NAME: Jeff Oksman
CEO & Owner

Jeff grew up in South Omaha playing basketball, baseball, football and soccer for both club and school. After graduating from Omaha South High, he went on to get his Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Drake University. Jeff had always wanted to do two things, coach and open his own sports company. He established Infinite Sports World ( ISW ) in 2012 after working for over a decade as a coach and director. His passion for sports and developing youth and adult athletes has driven ISW to become a nationally known company. Since ISW was established, we have trained over 1500 clients, ages 4 to 65 years old locally, regionally and nationally. ISW currently works with triathletes, runners, swimmers, gymnasts and wrestlers in addition to soccer, baseball, hockey, basketball and football players. Jeff and Shelby Oksman opened their first Athletic Training Facility in 2015 which concentrates on Performance, Psychology, Nutrition, Massage, Yoga and Club Sports. ISW's focus on Holistic Athletic Development combines mind, body and spirit and assists our athletes in reaching their athletic, health and wellness goals.

NAME: Shelby Oksman
Community Director

Shelby is a former high school athlete having competed in volleyball, basketball and track & field.  She received her PharmD degree from Drake University in 1998 where she competed on the women’s club rugby team for several years. Her professional pharmacy experience includes completing a Clinical Pharmacy Residency program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, practicing as a clinical pharmacist at University of Nebraska Medical Center Hospital, and serving as an assistant professor in the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Creighton University. Currently she works for a global pharmaceutical company as a Medical Science Liaison focusing primarily in medical and scientific education for health care professionals.  Shelby’s involvement with ISW includes community relations and outreach as well as serving as a scientific advisor.

NAME: Tory Robinson
Director of Performance & Psychology

Tory is a graduate of Cappella University with a masters in sport psychology. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and USA Weightlifting. Tory aims to enhance his clients' performance in all areas of life and encourage the adoption and maintenance of healthy lifestyle behaviors for total health and well-being. He works with adolescents and adults, from beginners to the elite athletes, on a wide variety of performance and health-related areas. Tory's expertise includes sport and exercise psychology, optimal performance training, team building, and mental skills training. His background in performance excellence, and understanding of sport and exercise experiences are a unique combination of assets. Tory's therapeutic approach reflects a strengths-based, holistic, and interpersonal style using cognitive behavioral techniques to promote learning. His programs target sport-specific performance enhancement issues and general mental health concerns. He provides therapy, mental skills training, consultation with teams, and the presentation of workshops.

NAME: Niki Kubiak
TITLE: Director of Nutrition & Health

Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, Niki Kubiak, has been working for 14 years in the Omaha area helping people effectively improve their health and achieve their potential. Niki competed for the UNO Maverick's Track and Cross Country teams from 1996-2000. Upon graduating, she completed her Dietetic Internship at the VA San Diego Healthcare System returning to Omaha in 2002 to supervise the OneWorld Community Health Center’s Special Supplemental Program for Women, Infants and Children. During this time, Niki competed in local triathlons including a Half Ironman and the Chicago Marathon in 2004, where she qualified to run the prestigious Boston Marathon in 2005. In 2006, Niki left OneWorld to focus her career towards Sports Nutrition teaching part-time for Creighton University’s Exercise Science Department and Wellness Program, speaking and presenting for local athletic clubs and teams, counseling individuals, and serving as a consultant for UNO Athletics until 2014. At that time, Niki assumed the role of the Director of Nutrition and Health at Infinite Sports World. She now offers individual counseling services for both sports nutrition and weight loss, speaks to clubs and teams, educates ISW Athletes on eating to win, and blogs regularly for Live Well Nebraska. In addition, her heart for community nutrition keeps her involved working in the South Omaha community, and she is an active member of the Nebraska Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics – Omaha District where she served as President earning her the award of Emerging Dietetic Leader in 2016. She now serves as the Webinar co-chair for the Omaha district and Public Policy Assistant for the state association. Niki still carves out time to run and compete in local races to fuel her passion. Her ultimate goal is to help people successfully achieve their health, wellness and athletic pursuits by making nutrition changes that last.

NAME: Janean Fisher
TITLE: Massage Director, Performance Coach

Janean graduated from UNO with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. She completed her internship at ISW and accepted a staff position as a performance coach and licensed massage therapist upon graduation. While attending UNO, she gained experience working with kids and adults with special needs and recently joined the coaching staff of the Special Olympics Baracuda's Swim Team. In 2011, Janean graduated massage school with an Associates degree in Massage Therapy and Bodywork. She is a nationally certified licensed massage therapist. Janean works with athletes of all ages and levels of experience. Her unique skill set allows her to push athletes to their limit, teaches them how the body functions, and helps them recover quicker from workouts and injuries so they can perform their best.

NAME: Jose Munoz
Productions Director, Soccer Coach

Jose was born in San Luis, Mexico and moved to the United States at age 17. He enrolled in Fullerton College where he played soccer from 1993 to 1996 and earned AA Degrees in Radio, Sports Broadcasting and Television/Video Production. Jose was as midfielder and defender all 3 years with the first team. Jose played 4 years in the Orange County Semi-Pro League with various teams, he moved to Nebraska in 2000 and played in the Omaha Latino Soccer League where he won a championship in 2004. Jose has coached for many years with AYSO in California and Gladiator Soccer and ISW Soccer Academy in Omaha. He is the Spanish Kansas City Royals, UNO and Creighton Soccer play by play broadcaster, and Program Director for La Nueva 99.5 FM/1020 AM in Omaha. As a sports broadcaster, Jose was inducted on the Fullerton College “Wall of Honor” Communications department in 2015, and he is the pioneer of Spanish radio in Nebraska.

NAME: John Carlson
Soccer Coach

John Carlson is the Head Coach of the Skutt Catholic Varsity Girls Soccer Team where he has won over 250 games. The Skyhawks have made 16 straight state tournament appearances. Carlson, the 2009 Nebraska Coaches Association Soccer Coach of the Year, has led Skutt to Class B State Championships in 2006, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2016 and runner up finishes in 2005, 2008 and 2012. John, who has a Master’s Degree in Education, coached at Nebraska Wesleyan College from 1999-2001. In 1999 he led Wesleyan to an undefeated season and was named the Nebraska Intercollegiate Coach of the Year. In 2000, Carlson led Wesleyan to its first ever NCAA Division III National Tournament appearance. Carlson’s overall record at Wesleyan was 33-3-3. In 2001, Carlson took over the College of Saint Mary’s soccer program. He guided the Flames to 3 consecutive postseason appearances and his 2001 team made it to the NAIA Elite Eight. He was named the Region 4 and Midland Collegiate Athletic Conference Coach of the Year for his efforts. His career record at CSM was 45-13-7. John has been involved in soccer for over 40 years as a player, coach and director.
