Jeff Oksman
Chief Executive Officer / Owner
Jeff grew up in South Omaha playing basketball, baseball, football and soccer for both club and school. After graduating from Omaha South High, he went on to get his Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Drake University. Jeff had always wanted to do two things, coach and open his own sports company. He established Infinite Sports World ( ISW ) in 2012 after working for over a decade as a coach and director. His passion for sports and developing youth and adult athletes has driven ISW to become a leader in holistic athletic development. Since ISW was established, we have trained over 3000 clients globally. ISW currently works with figure skaters, triathletes, runners, swimmers, gymnasts and wrestlers in addition to soccer, baseball, hockey, basketball and football players. Jeff and Shelby Oksman opened their first Athletic Training Facility in 2015 which concentrates on Performance, Psychology, Nutrition, Massage, Yoga and Club Sports. ISW's focus on Holistic Athletic Development combines mind, body and spirit and assists our athletes in reaching their athletic, health and wellness goals.
Tory Robinson
Director of Athletic Development
CREDENTIALS: M.S., CSCS, USAW-1, USSF E
Tory is a graduate of Cappella University with a masters in sport psychology. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and USA Weightlifting. Tory aims to enhance his clients' performance in all areas of life and encourage the adoption and maintenance of healthy lifestyle behaviors for total health and well-being. He works with adolescents and adults, from beginners to the elite athletes, on a wide variety of performance and health-related areas. Tory's expertise includes sport and exercise psychology, optimal performance training, team building, and mental skills training. His background in performance excellence, and understanding of sport and exercise experiences are a unique combination of assets. Tory's therapeutic approach reflects a strengths-based, holistic, and interpersonal style using cognitive behavioral techniques to promote learning. His programs target sport-specific performance enhancement issues and general mental health concerns. He provides therapy, mental skills training, consultation with teams, and the presentation of workshops.
Shelby Oksman
Chief Operations Officer / Owner
Shelby is a former high school athlete having competed in volleyball, basketball, track & field and softball.  She received her PharmD degree from Drake University in 1998 where she competed on the women’s club rugby team for several years. Her professional pharmacy experience includes completing a Clinical Pharmacy Residency program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, practicing as a clinical pharmacist at University of Nebraska Medical Center Hospital, serving as an assistant professor in the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Creighton University and working as a Medical Science Liaison for a global pharmaceutical company. Shelby is passionate about sports, holistic training and helping others reach their potential.
James Burdyny
Marketing Director
CREDENTIALS: B.S.
James graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He gained hands-on marketing experience working for Jacht, a student run advertising agency, and identified his interest in sports marketing. James recently completed a marketing internship at ISW. Upon completion of his internship, James accepted a position as the ISW Director of Marketing. Whether as a fan or participant, he has always enjoyed sports. James continues to further his athletic training at ISW and enjoys playing ice hockey in recreational leagues here in Omaha.
Tim Cawthorn
Performance Coach
CREDENTIALS: B.S., CSCS, USAW-1
Tim graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Level 1 Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting.  He has had the opportunity to work with and learn from several other strength coaches to develop his own effective coaching philosophy.  Tim completed an internship at ISW and accepted a performance coaching position in 2017.  His unique personality allows him to connect with the athletes and make training fun. Currently, Tim is pursuing his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and continues to research the field of strength and conditioning on a frequent basis.
Janean Fisher
Director of Massage / Performance Coach
CREDENTIALS: LMT, BS
Janean graduated from UNO with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. She completed her internship at ISW and accepted a staff position as a performance coach and licensed massage therapist upon graduation. While attending UNO, she gained experience working with kids and adults with special needs and recently joined the coaching staff of the Special Olympics Baracuda's Swim Team. In 2011, Janean graduated massage school with an Associates degree in Massage Therapy and Bodywork. She is a nationally certified licensed massage therapist. Janean works with athletes of all ages and levels of experience. Her unique skill set allows her to push athletes to their limit, teaches them how the body functions, and helps them recover quicker from workouts and injuries so they can perform their best.
John Carlson
Soccer Coach
John has coached high school soccer for 25 years and is one of the winningest coaches in Nebraska high school soccer history. Carlson is the head coach at Skutt Catholic High School where he has a record of 269-62. The Skyhawks have made 22 straight state tournament appearances and reached 11 Nebraska Class B championship games. The Skyhawks won championships in 2006, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2016 and 2017 and had runner up finishes in 2005, 2008, 2012 and 2018. In addition, Carlson guided Roncalli High School to its only state championship game appearance when the Pride reached the Class B state final in 1997. Carlson has a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and coaching licenses—including the United States Youth Coaching License-- from the National Soccer Coaches of America—now United Soccer Coaches. Carlson was the head coach at Nebraska Wesleyan and College of Saint Mary where he compiled a record of 85-23-11 over six seasons. In 2000, Carlson led Wesleyan to its first NCAA Division III national tournament appearance and in 2001 Carlson guided College of Saint Mary to the NAIA Elite Eight. Carlson has been involved with youth soccer for 30 years and has served as a Director of Coaching at two Omaha area clubs.
Thierry Ndjike
Soccer Coach
Thierry Ndijke has been involved in soccer for over 35 years as a player, coach, director, and president of a soccer club. Thierry was born in Lomé, Togo and moved to the United States in 2001. He enrolled at Iowa Western Community College, then Metro Community college and Bellevue University and earned Degrees in Business Management, Accounting, and Marketing Management. Thierry played the majority of his soccer career in Africa including playing for the Togolese Soccer Association of Omaha as a midfielder and forward. He coached for the Togolese Soccer Association of Omaha (18 years +) for 4 years, before transitioning to coach at Omaha Legends Academy (Youth U11 & 12) for 3 years. In 2016, Thierry began coaching at ISW.
Jose Munoz
Soccer Coach
Jose was born in San Luis, Mexico and moved to the United States at age 17. He enrolled in Fullerton College where he played soccer from 1993 to 1996 and earned AA Degrees in Radio, Sports Broadcasting and Television/Video Production. Jose was as midfielder and defender all 3 years with the first team. Jose played 4 years in the Orange County Semi-Pro League with various teams, he moved to Nebraska in 2000 and played in the Omaha Latino Soccer League where he won a championship in 2004. Jose has coached for many years with AYSO in California and Gladiator Soccer and ISW Soccer Academy in Omaha. He is the Spanish Kansas City Royals, UNO and Creighton Soccer play by play broadcaster, and Program Director for La Nueva 99.5 FM/1020 AM in Omaha. As a sports broadcaster, Jose was inducted on the Fullerton College “Wall of Honor” Communications department in 2015, and he is the pioneer of Spanish radio in Nebraska.
Manny Lira
Soccer Coach
Manny is a native of Guadalajara, Mexico who grew up playing for his hometown club Chivas Futbol Club Academy. He came to the U.S. at the age of 8 and played with several local club teams where he won back to back State Cup tournaments. While in high school, he was selected to play with Red Fury FC select team which was chosen to compete in an exhibition match versus Atlas FC professional squad from his hometown. After playing 4 years of high school soccer at Omaha South, he was recruited to play for Bellevue University. During his collegiate career, he received several honors including 2014 Honorable Mention all-American, 2014 & 2013 First Team all-MCAC, and 2014 Omaha World Herald NAIA all-Nebraska. In 2015, he was recruited to play in the USL PDL for the Midland/Odessa Sockers FC. Manny is the first soccer player to go into the Omaha South High Hall of Fame.
Ed Brown
Soccer Coach
Ed is a native of California who has lived in Omaha for over 20 years. He has 20 years of coaching experience including training many successful athletes who have gone on to play soccer collegiately and with the US National team. Ed enjoys coaching soccer fundamentals and takes pleasure in seeing athletes gain a variety of soccer skills. During his coaching career, he has trained a variety of age groups and skill levels. In 2018, Ed joined the ISW coaching staff and has a passion for training athletes holistically.
