Individual Training Sessions are designed for the individual that wants to develop strength, speed, agility and endurance. This program is designed around the sport, season, age level, experience, and is created with the individual in mind. The focus is to build individual athleticism through intense workouts that challenge athletes to become their best.

One-on-One Training is the ideal environment for clients that are new to fitness or the seasoned veteran looking to take the next step in their athletic development. One-on-one training allows the client to learn proper technique and exercise form in a controlled environment. One-on-one sessions provide an atmosphere that allows clients to focus on a fitness routine, address particular bio-mechanical issues, or develop specific skills for their sporting endeavors.

The human body is a remarkable machine that requires activity to keep it functioning properly and to encourage it to work more efficiently. Athletica Rx is designed to provide a solid foundation for former, current, and future athletes in a group training environment for adult and youth athletes.

Performance Class Youth is designed for kids age 11-14. It's a general conditioning program to introduce young athletes to structured workouts while emphasizing proper bio-mechanical form, balance, coordination, and mental focus while discovering their athletic potential. Classes are 50 min long.

Team Training is designed for teams that need to develop strength, speed, agility and endurance in a group setting. These programs are designed around the sport, season, age level, experience, and are created with the team in mind. The focus is to build team unity and cohesion through intense workouts that challenge athletes to push for perfection.

Team Training’s focus is to improve on the performance capabilities for a group of athletes involved in the same level of competition, on the same team. Mental and physical attributes are developed by building healthy competition to perform better and push yourself harder to keep up with your peers. Cohesion and accountability are further developed by completing workouts together.

* Team Coaches will be asked to fill out a team information form before the first session starts. This will provide the designated ISW Performance Trainer with a blueprint for developmental plan.
