The human body is a remarkable machine that requires activity to keep it functioning properly and to encourage it to work more efficiently. Athletic Rx is designed to provide a solid foundation for former, current, and future athletes in a group training environment for adult and youth athletes.

Athletica Rx - Junior is designed for kids age 13-18. It's a general conditioning program to introduce young athletes to structured workouts while emphasizing proper bio-mechanical form, balance, coordination, and mental focus while discovering their athletic potential. Barbell & Dumbbell Strength Training for the athlete transitioning from middle school to high school.

  • ARx - Junior Camp 10:00am-11:15am M / T / Th / F - $300.00 for two months ( June & July )
  • ARx - Junior Camp 5:00pm-6:15pm M / T / Th / F - $300.00 for two months ( June & July )
Athletica Rx - Youth is designed for kids age 9-12. It's a general conditioning program to introduce young athletes to structured workouts while emphasizing proper bio-mechanical form, balance, coordination, and mental focus while discovering their athletic potential. Bodyweight training, speed & agility, plyometrics designed for the young athletes that need to start learning the fundamentals of proper exercise technique and function.

  • ARx Youth 4:00pm-5:00pm M / W / F - $85.00 per month ( April, May )
  • ARx Youth Camp 11:00am-12:00pm M / W / F - $170.00 for two months ( June & July )
  • ARx Youth Camp 4:00pm-5:00pm M / W / F - $170.00 for two months ( June & July )
